At Chinhh, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner while ensuring transparency in our shipping process.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders with a total value of INR 10,000 and above.

  • For orders below INR 10,000, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment.

Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Related)

  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted for up to 5 days from the date of delivery or from the date the tracking status shows “Delivered,” whichever is earlier.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

  • Customers are required to inform us via email or WhatsApp before returning any item.

  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior intimation may not be accepted.

Additional Information

  • Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.

  • We currently ship within India only.
