Returns will be accepted for up to 5 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

At Chinhh, every saree is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if something genuinely goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 5 days of the customer receiving the order (based on delivery confirmation or tracking details).
Returns will be processed only if the customer informs us via email before sending the product back, and only under the following conditions:
1) You received an incorrect item
2)The product arrived damaged or with damaged packaging
3) The product has a manufacturing defect
4) The order was delivered significantly later than the committed timeline
5) The courier partner did not allow inspection of the package before payment
If your reason doesn’t fall under these, sorry but no return. Handmade, limited pieces are not trial-room products.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
1) Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
2) Have all original tags, labels, and safety wrapping intact
3) Be returned in its original packaging
4) Be securely packed in a carton box to avoid damage during transit
(Preferably the same carton used for delivery)
If we receive a product that shows signs of wear, damage, stains, or poor repackaging, the return will be rejected. No exceptions.
Return Process
1) Email us at hello@chinhh.in with:
~Order ID
~Reason for return
~Clear photos or videos (where applicable)
2) Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.
3) Do not send products back without approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, we will process:
1) A replacement, or
2) A store credit, or
3) A refund, as applicable
Refund timelines depend on your original payment method and may take 7–10 working days after approval.
Important Notes (Read This Carefully)
1) Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are non-returnable
2) Minor variations in color, weave, or texture are natural to handloom products and are not considered defects
3) We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria
